We source 80+ scoring seasonal beans from around the world and roast them in small batches on our Diedrich. Every roast is carefully tested to bring out the best in every cup.
Grown at 1,950–2,050m in Bombe, Sidama, this washed filter coffee delights with a Raspberry, Plum, Black Tea, Mandarin, Honey. Produced by 725 smallholder farmers and carefully processed at the Ayla washing station, it’s a bright, juicy, and nuanced cup that perfectly showcases the fruit-forward elegance of Sidama.

Solo Dripper is made from durable polypropylene (PP) material, chosen for its resilience and heat resistance, making it ideal for travel and optimal brewing performance. PP ensures the dripper withstands travel demands while maintaining the brewing conditions needed for a perfect cup of coffee.
From the high-altitude slopes of Bishan Wate in Guji, Ethiopia, this washed coffee is abundantly floral and complex, with lifted raspberry acidity, guava, and yellow nectarine. Grown by 600–800 smallholder farmers and carefully processed at the Bishan Wate washing station, this Grade 1 lot showcases the exceptional clarity and sweetness of Guji coffees.
